We have been coming to Pauanui for about 35 years. We decided to move to the Waterway last Xmas. We should have done it years ago. We brought a Show Home built by Inspired Property Builders, dealing with Gordon Finlay was a pleasure. The house has more than met our expectations. The house design is great & the outdoor living with all the decking just puts the finishing touches to it. Our children & grandchildren can’t get down to use it quick enough.
